i found the staff very accommodating (litsa and her husband were so kind). the location was convenient with easy access to transport and restaurants. i also appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of my room and the free luggage storage after checkout. this was helpful for some last-minute shopping.
this made access difficult, especially with luggage. the room itself felt quite cramped, with the double bed pushed against the wall.

my room was in the basement, so there wasn't much light.

The front desk staff allowed me to check in early. I also got a bigger room at no extra cost. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. I found the staff to be very nice overall.
My room was on the third floor, so I had to use steep stairs. Carrying my luggage up was awkward.
